Delivery + Shipping Policy

*Please note it’s a very busy time of year for all couriers and there may be delays out of our control. We ask that you be patient during this time.

Processing Time - Please allow 1-4 working days for your orders to be processed before shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES

Ireland - 2 to 3 working days

United Kingdom - 4 to 7 working days

Europe - 7 to 12 working days

United States + Canada - 7 to 14 working days

During sale periods and public/bank holidays our shipping processing time can take 3 additional business days.

Orders are shipped between Monday - Friday.

If you would like updates on your order, please select tracked shipping at checkout.

Incorrect Address - If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already been shipped, We are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of package due to your error. Any enquiries or issues must be taken up the shipping carrier.

Once again please be advised that delays can happen which is beyond our control. All our quoted delivery dates are estimated as per our courier and we cannot guarantee delivery dates and times.

A signature may be required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice. This may differ should there be any issues with your delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS or email to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card, SMS or email).
Please note that the courier may also leave your parcel with a neighbour. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you the parcel will be returned to us.

Please of note if your order is returned to us by the Post Office for reasons including:

Insufficient Address

Refusal of Delivery

Missed Delivery

If you chose to avail of a refund a restocking fee of five euros will be deducted.

Preorders - Items which are on pre-order will be shipped from the date/time specified on the product page. If you have ordered a pre-order item and additional items that are not on pre-order, all your items will be sent at once.
